In this video, Chad is in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point) Mexico looking at an open house “fixer upper”. The house is located in the Los Conchas development and is one of the oldest homes in that area. It is listed for $550,000 and is an example of the lower end prices on the beach. It still beats beach front price’s here in the states though.
